IS Dengue NS1 Antigen Test

IS Dengue NS1 Rapid Test is lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of dengue virus antigen in human serum or plasma. It is intended to be used as a screening test and as an aid in the diagnosis of infection with dengue viruses. This test provides only a preliminary test result. Therefore more specific alternative diagnosis method must be used in order to obtain a confirmation of dengue infection.

Test Procedure

  1. Draw 2-3 drops of sample into the sample well of the cassette
  2. Draw 2 drops of diluent into the sample well of the cassette
  3. Read results within 15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes
